1. Acceptance of Terms
    By enrolling in the online course provided by Man Up Already, you (“Participant”) agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not proceed with the enrollment process.

  2. Course Enrollment
    2.1 Eligibility: Participants must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the course or have written consent by an adult.
    2.2 Registration: Participants must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Any changes to the provided information must be promptly communicated to Man Up Already.
    2.3 Enrollment Confirmation: Enrollment in the course is subject to availability. Man Up Already will confirm the Participant’s enrollment via email or other appropriate means.

  3. Course Content
    3.1 Intellectual Property: All course materials, including but not limited to text, videos, images, and other multimedia content, are the intellectual property of Man Up Already. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify the course materials without prior written permission from Man Up Already.
    3.2 Personal Use: Participants may only use the course materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Unauthorized use of the course materials may result in legal action.
    3.3 Updates: Man Up Already reserves the right to modify, update, or remove course content without prior notice. However, efforts will be made to inform Participants of any significant changes.

  4. Payment and Refunds
    4.1 Payment: Participants are responsible for paying the course fees as specified by Man Up Already. Payment methods will be provided during the enrollment process.
    4.2 Refunds: Refunds are subject to the refund policy specified by Man Up Already. Participants should review the refund policy before making a payment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the refund policy.

  5. Participant Responsibilities
    5.1 Conduct: Participants agree to behave respectfully and professionally throughout the course. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
    5.2 Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices, software, and internet connection meet the technical requirements specified by Man Up Already.
    5.3 Confidentiality: Participants must keep any confidential or proprietary information shared during the course confidential. Disclosure of such information may result in legal action.
    5.4 Third-Party Resources: Participants may be provided with links or references to third-party resources. Man Up Already is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of these external resources.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    Man Up Already shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the course, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or interruption of business operations.

  7. Termination
    Man Up Already reserves the right to terminate a Participant’s access to the course if they fail to comply with these terms and conditions or engage in any conduct that may disrupt the learning environment. Termination does not entitle the Participant to a refund.

  8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
